These Terms of Service & Sale (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and FACTORIAL-T LLC (“TapAdd,” “we,” “us”), operator of tapadd.me, located at 1941 S 42nd St, Suite 507 B, Omaha, NE 68105, USA. By using our website, creating a profile, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
TapAdd sells physical NFC objects (cards, stickers, bands, keyrings, counter stands) and a digital option. Each object carries a unique short address that opens a web profile you can edit for life. The object stores an address, not your data: you can change your contact details at any time without replacing the object.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email; keep access to that inbox secure.
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Return Policy, both incorporated into these Terms.
You are responsible for the content you publish on your profile. You agree not to use TapAdd to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; to impersonate others; to distribute malware; to harvest data; or to interfere with the service. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.
The TapAdd name, logo, website, and software are owned by FACTORIAL-T LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the content you upload and grant us the license needed to host and display it.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. The address book of contacts collected through your profile is private to you; we count encounters but do not read them.
We warrant that products will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Except for that limited warranty and any rights you have under applicable law, the service and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FACTORIAL-T LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold FACTORIAL-T LLC harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nebraska, and you consent to their jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date shows the current version, and continued use means acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may stop using the service at any time.
