1. Information we collect

• Account & orders: your name, email, shipping address, and order history.
• Payment: processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation and limited details (such as the last four digits), never your full card number.
• Profile content: the details you choose to publish (name, title, links, photo).
• Contacts you collect: when someone saves their details through your profile, they are stored for you. This address book is private to you; we count encounters but do not read them, and phone numbers and emails are encrypted.
• Site analytics: aggregate page-view measurement. We do not store IP addresses; we use a daily rotating fingerprint, coarse country/city from network headers, and device family only. Search-engine bots are excluded.

2. How we use information

To provide and secure the service, process and ship orders, send transactional messages (such as sign-in codes and order updates), provide support, understand aggregate site usage, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with law.

3. How we share information

We share data only with service providers who help us operate — payment processing, shipping carriers, and email/SMS delivery — under contracts that limit their use of it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

4. Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to run the site (such as keeping you signed in and remembering your language). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Your California rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may request to know the personal information we hold about you, request its deletion or correction, and you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. 6. Your rights in the EU/UK (GDPR)

Where GDPR applies, our legal bases are performance of a contract, your consent, our legitimate interests, and legal obligations. You may access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

7. Data retention & security

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. We use encryption for sensitive fields and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

8. Children

TapAdd is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International transfers

We are based in the United States; if you use TapAdd from elsewhere, your information is processed in the U.S. under appropriate safeguards.
